**Tiki Torch Shots**
**Ingredients:**
* 1 box (3 oz) orange Jell-O
* 1 cup boiling water
* ½ cup cold water
* ½ cup spiced rum (like Captain Morgan)
* Optional: Overproof rum (like Bacardi 151) for flaming topper
* Orange peel twist, maraschino cherry, or mini tiki pick for garnish
**Instructions:**
1. **Make the base:**
Dissolve orange Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
2. **Add the rum kick:**
Add ½ cup cold water and ½ cup spiced rum. Stir to combine.
3. **Pour & chill:**
Pour into shot glasses or cups and refrigerate until firm (2–3 hours).
4. **Garnish (optional flame!):**
Top each shot with an orange peel twist or maraschino cherry. *For a safe flaming version:* Add a small metal spoon or lime shell with a splash of overproof rum on top of the set Jell-O, light just before serving with caution. Extinguish before drinking.
