2 lbs chicken wings (flats & drums)
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
1 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
½ tsp baking powder (for extra crispiness)
Buffalo Sauce
-
½ cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
-
3 tbsp melted butter
-
1 tbsp honey (optional for slight sweetness)
-
½ tsp garlic powder
Easy Ranch Dip
-
½ cup ranch dressing
-
2 tbsp sour cream
-
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
-
1 tbsp chopped parsley or chives
-
Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
1. Prep the Wings
-
Pat wings dry with paper towels — this helps them crisp up.
-
Toss wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and baking powder.
2. Air Fry
-
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
-
Place wings in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
-
Air fry 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
3. Make the Buffalo Sauce
-
In a bowl, whisk together hot sauce, melted butter, honey, and garlic powder.
-
Toss hot wings in the sauce immediately so they absorb the flavor.
4. Make the Ranch Dip
-
Mix ranch dressing, sour cream, lemon juice, parsley/chives, and pepper.
-
Chill until serving.
5. Serve
-
Plate wings, drizzle extra buffalo sauce, and serve with cool ranch dip and celery sticks.
