Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Total Time: 35 minutes

Calories: ~390 per serving (including dip)

Ingredients

For the Wings

  • 2 lbs chicken wings (flats & drums)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp baking powder (for extra crispiness)

Buffalo Sauce

  • ½ cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)

  • 3 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tbsp honey (optional for slight sweetness)

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Easy Ranch Dip

  • ½ cup ranch dressing

  • 2 tbsp sour cream

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley or chives

  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

1. Prep the Wings

  1. Pat wings dry with paper towels — this helps them crisp up.

  2. Toss wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and baking powder.

2. Air Fry

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place wings in a single layer (work in batches if needed).

  3. Air fry 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.

3. Make the Buffalo Sauce

  1. In a bowl, whisk together hot sauce, melted butter, honey, and garlic powder.

  2. Toss hot wings in the sauce immediately so they absorb the flavor.

4. Make the Ranch Dip

  1. Mix ranch dressing, sour cream, lemon juice, parsley/chives, and pepper.

  2. Chill until serving.

5. Serve

  1. Plate wings, drizzle extra buffalo sauce, and serve with cool ranch dip and celery sticks.
