Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients

1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

½ cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp garlic powder

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup panko breadcrumbs (or regular breadcrumbs)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra flavor)

Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Prepare Breading Station

Bowl 1: Flour mixed with salt, pepper, and garlic powder

Bowl 2: Beaten eggs

Bowl 3: Panko breadcrumbs + Parmesan cheese

Bread the Chicken
Coat each chicken piece in flour, dip into eggs, then press into breadcrumbs until fully coated. -
Preheat Air Fryer
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes. -
Cook the Nuggets
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange chicken nuggets in a single layer (do not overcrowd).
Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). -
Serve Hot
Serve with ketchup, honey mustard, barbecue sauce, or your favorite dipping sauce.
