Ingredients

1 lb chicken tenders

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried parsley

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp dried oregano

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

½ tsp black pepper

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional dipping sauces: ranch, honey mustard, or garlic aioli
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, toss chicken tenders with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, thyme, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.

In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.

Dredge each chicken tender in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to coat.

Place tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).

Air fry 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through (165°F / 74°C internal temperature).

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
