Air Fryer Crispy Parmesan Crusted Tilapia
Ingredients

4 tilapia fillets

1 tbsp olive oil

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup panko breadcrumbs

1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp dried parsley
-
½ tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Pat tilapia fillets dry and brush both sides with olive oil.

In a bowl, mix Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Press each tilapia fillet into the Parmesan-panko mixture, coating both sides well.

Place fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Air fry for 8–10 minutes, or until golden, crispy, and flaky.

Serve warm with lemon wedges.
