Air Fryer Garlic Butter Parmesan Wings

Ingredients

For the Wings

  • 2 lbs chicken wings (flats & drums)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp dried oregano

  • ½ tsp dried parsley

Garlic Butter Parmesan Sauce

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.

  2. Season the wings:
    Pat wings dry. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, and parsley.

  3. Air fry:
    Place wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
    Cook 20–25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until crispy and golden.

  4. Make the garlic butter parmesan sauce:
    In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parmesan.
    Add lemon juice if you want a zesty finish.

  5. Coat the wings:
    Toss hot wings in the garlic parmesan sauce until fully coated.

  6. Serve:
    Garnish with fresh parsley and extra parmesan.
