Air Fryer Garlic Herb Chicken Wings with Parmesan
Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings, split

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp dried parsley
-
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Extra Parmesan for topping
Garlic Herb Butter (Optional but amazing)

3 tbsp butter, melted
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1/2 tsp dried oregano
-
1/2 tsp dried basil
Instructions

Prep the wings
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels for maximum crispiness. Add them to a bowl. -
Season
Toss wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and dried parsley. Mix well to coat evenly. -
Air fry
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange wings in a single layer.
Air fry for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden, crispy, and fully cooked. -
Add garlic herb butter (optional)
Mix melted butter with garlic, oregano, and basil.
Toss hot wings in the garlic herb butter for extra flavor. -
Finish with Parmesan
Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the wings while still hot.
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
