Air Fryer Garlic-Parmesan Chicken Skewers
Ingredients:

1 ½ lbs (680g) boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or a mix of oregano, basil, thyme)

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Wooden or metal skewers (if wooden, soak in water 30 minutes prior to prevent burning)

Optional garnish: chopped parsley or extra Parmesan
Instructions:

Preheat Air Fryer

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.

Prepare the Chicken

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Toss chicken cubes until evenly coated.

Assemble Skewers

Thread chicken cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between pieces for even cooking.

Air Fry

Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Cook 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and is golden and slightly crispy on the edges.

Serve

Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.

Serve with rice, salad, roasted vegetables, or your favorite dipping sauce.
