Ingredients
For the Salmon

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder
-
Salt & pepper to taste
Honey Garlic Sauce

¼ cup honey
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp minced garlic
-
1 tbsp rice vinegar (or lemon juice)
-
1 tsp sriracha (optional, for heat)
-
1 tsp sesame oil
For the Bowls
-
3 cups cooked jasmine or basmati rice
-
1 cup cucumber slices
-
1 cup shredded carrots
-
1 avocado, sliced
-
2 green onions, chopped
-
Sesame seeds (for topping)

Lime wedges (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Salmon

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Brush salmon with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Make the Honey Garlic Sauce
In a bowl, whisk together:

honey

soy sauce
-
garlic
-
rice vinegar
-
sesame oil
-
sriracha (optional)
Set aside.
3. Air Fry the Salmon

Place salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down.

Cook 8–10 minutes, depending on thickness.

Brush salmon generously with honey garlic sauce during the last 2 minutes.
4. Build the Bowls
Divide cooked rice into bowls.
Add:

carrots

avocado

green onions
Place salmon on top and drizzle with extra sauce.
5. Serve
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with lime wedges for extra brightness.

For crispier edges, air fry 1–2 minutes longer after brushing with sauce.
