Description

Air Fryer Honey Sriracha Chicken Bites

Servings: 4 | Prep Time: 15 min | Cook Time: 12–15 min | Calories: ~320 per serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Optional garnish: chopped green onions, sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Prep the chicken: In a medium bowl, toss chicken bites with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  2. Air fry: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).

  3. Make the sauce: While chicken cooks, mix honey and sriracha in a small bowl.

  4. Coat the chicken: Transfer cooked chicken to a bowl, pour the honey-sriracha sauce over it, and toss to coat evenly.

  5. Serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot as an appetizer, snack, or over rice for a meal.
