Air Fryer Spicy Buffalo Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients

8–10 chicken drumsticks

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
1 tsp paprika
-
½ tsp cayenne pepper

Salt and black pepper, to taste
Buffalo Sauce:

½ cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)

3 tbsp melted butter
-
1 tbsp honey (optional for slight sweetness)

½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Pat drumsticks dry and place in a bowl. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.

Arrange drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Air fry for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and fully cooked.

In a bowl, whisk hot sauce, melted butter, honey, and garlic powder.

Toss hot drumsticks in the Buffalo sauce until fully coated.

Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
