Ingredients
Spaghetti & Alfredo
12 oz spaghetti
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups heavy cream
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
Garlic Breadcrumbs
3/4 cup breadcrumbs or panko
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 clove garlic, finely minced
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Cook the Spaghetti

Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.

Drain and set aside.
2. Make the Alfredo Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.

Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently for 3–4 minutes.

Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until smooth.
3. Combine and Assemble

Toss cooked spaghetti with Alfredo sauce until fully coated.

Transfer to a greased baking dish.

Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the top.
4. Prepare Garlic Breadcrumbs

In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, and parsley.

Sprinkle evenly over the pasta.
5. Bake

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.

Broil for 1–2 minutes if needed for extra crispiness.
Notes
Make it richer: Add cream cheese to the Alfredo sauce for extra creaminess.
Protein add-ins: Chicken, turkey, shrimp, or bacon work beautifully.
Make ahead: Assemble up to 24 hours in advance and bake when ready.
Storage: Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
