Alfredo Chicken Wings
Ingredients

2 lbs (900 g) chicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

½ tsp garlic powder
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
2 tbsp unsalted butter
-
2 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: extra Parmesan for topping
Instructions

Prepare the Wings
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat chicken wings dry, then toss with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. -
Bake the Wings
Arrange wings on a lined baking sheet. Bake 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. -
Make the Alfredo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Pour in heavy cream, whisking continuously.
Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened. -
Coat the Wings
Toss the baked wings in the warm Alfredo sauce until fully coated. -
Serve
Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.
