  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the fries:

    • Bake or fry French fries until golden and crispy.

  2. Make the ranch sauce:

    • In a bowl, whisk mayo, sour cream, buttermilk, garlic, parsley, dill, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Assemble the fries:

    • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

    • Place cooked fries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

    • Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella evenly over fries.

    • Add crumbled bacon on top.

  4. Bake:

    • Bake for 5–7 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  5. Finish & serve:

    • Drizzle ranch sauce over hot cheesy bacon fries.

    • Garnish with green onions.

    • Serve immediately with extra ranch on the side for dipping.
