Bacon Double Cheeseburger Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
• 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
• 1/2 lb ground beef
• 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 small onion, finely diced
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Optional: pickles, ketchup, or mustard for topping after baking
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Drain excess fat.

Remove from heat and stir in crumbled bacon and both cheeses until melty and combined.

Spoon beef mixture generously into mushroom caps.

Bake 15–20 minutes until mushrooms are tender and cheese is bubbly.

Optional: top with tiny pickle slices or a drizzle of ketchup/mustard before serving.
