 Baked Ranch Chicken Tenders and Veggies

Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

  • 1 lb (450 g) chicken tenders

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp ranch seasoning (store-bought or homemade)

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

For the Veggies:

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1 cup carrot sticks

  • 1 cup bell pepper strips

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp ranch seasoning

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Optional:

  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven

    • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.

  2. Prepare Chicken

    • In a bowl, toss chicken tenders with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Prepare Veggies

    • In another bowl, toss broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers with olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  4. Arrange on Baking Sheet

    • Place chicken tenders on one side of the sheet and veggies on the other in a single layer.

  5. Bake

    • Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and veggies are tender and slightly roasted.

  6. Serve

    • Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
