  • 1½ oz white rum 🥃

  • 1 oz banana liqueur 🍌

  • 1 oz coconut cream 🥥 (e.g., Coco Lopez)

  • 2 oz pineapple juice 🍍

  • ½ ripe banana, sliced 🍌

  • 1 to 1½ cups ice ❄️

  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping) 🍦

  • Graham cracker crumbs (optional, for garnish) 🍪


🧊 Instructions:

  1. Prepare the blender:
    In a high-powered blender, combine the white rum, banana liqueur, coconut cream, pineapple juice, sliced banana, and ice.

  2. Blend it smooth:
    Blend until the drink is thick, creamy, and silky. Add more ice if you prefer a frostier texture.

  3. Serve it up:
    Pour into a chilled hurricane glass or large cocktail glass.

  4. Top like a pie:
