2 oz white rum

1 banana (ripe)

2 oz pineapple juice

1 oz cream of coconut

1 cup crushed ice

Garnish: pineapple wedge & banana slice

Instructions:

Add the banana, white rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and crushed ice into a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a hurricane glass.

Garnish with a pineapple wedge and banana slice.
