-
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-
2 tbsp butter
-
1 tbsp flour (for thickening)
-
2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
-
Cook the Beef:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and diced onion. Cook until browned and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.

Add Pasta and Liquids:
Add uncooked macaroni, beef broth, and milk to the skillet. Stir well and bring to a simmer. -
Cook the Pasta:
Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook for about 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed. -
Make It Creamy:
Stir in butter and sprinkle flour over the mixture. Cook for 1 minute to thicken slightly. -
Add the Cheese:
Turn off the heat and mix in shredded cheddar and mozzarella until melted and creamy. -
Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley and an extra sprinkle of cheese if desired. Serve hot straight from the skillet!
