🖤✨ Blackout Potion Shots

Black vodka, espresso, and edible shimmer with a fog-like finish.

☕ Ingredients:

• 1 oz black vodka (or use food-safe black food coloring + regular vodka)

• 1 oz fresh espresso (or strong cold brew concentrate)

• 1/4 oz coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa – optional but adds depth)

• 1/2 tsp edible pearl or silver shimmer dust

• Optional: Dry ice chips for fog effect (for display only — do not consume)

• Optional garnish: Tiny swirl of whipped cream or gold shimmer spray on top

• Ice

🧪 Instructions:

1. Mix the Potion: In a shaker filled with ice, combine black vodka, espresso, and coffee liqueur (if using). Shake until chilled.

2. Add the Spark: Stir in edible shimmer dust just before pouring.

3. Pour the Darkness: Strain into chilled shot glasses.

4. Summon the Fog (Optional): For presentation, place a small piece of dry ice in a serving tray beneath the glasses and pour warm water over it for fog to rise around them. (Do not place dry ice directly in shots.)

🌑 Presentation Ideas:

• Serve in mini beaker-style shot glasses for a “lab chic” vibe.

• Use black and silver sugar rims or stencil a symbol on top with cocoa powder.

• Dim lighting or flickering candles complete the blackout atmosphere.
