Description

🩸 Bloody Fizz Shots

Red berry soda and fizzy vodka rimmed in syrup – spooky, sparkling, and sweet.

🍸 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 shots)

  • 4 oz red berry soda (strawberry, cherry, or raspberry — use something carbonated like Crush, Faygo Redpop, or Fanta Berry)

  • 3 oz berry-flavored vodka (strawberry, raspberry, or cherry)

  • 1 oz lemon-lime soda or club soda (for extra fizz)

  • 1 tbsp grenadine (for deeper color and sweetness)

  • Red syrup for rim (strawberry syrup or grenadine)

  • Red sanding sugar or crushed red candy (optional, for rimming)

  • Ice (for shaking)

🧪 Optional Enhancements

  • Edible glitter or shimmer dust (for glowing blood effect)

  • Dry ice chips (for fog effect – use with caution and never consume)

🧛‍♀️ Instructions

  1. Prepare the Glasses:

    • Dip the rims of your shot glasses in red syrup.

    • Then roll them in red sugar or crushed red candy to create a “bloody” rim that looks like dripping gore.

  2. Mix the Base:

    • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine:

      • 3 oz berry vodka

      • 1 oz grenadine

      • 4 oz red berry soda

      • 1 oz lemon-lime soda or club soda

    • Shake lightly (don’t over-shake carbonated liquids).

  3. Pour and Fizz:

    • Strain the mixture evenly into your rimmed shot glasses.

    • Add a tiny splash of berry soda on top of each shot to refresh the fizz if needed.

  4. Decorate and Serve:

    • Optionally sprinkle edible glitter into the liquid for a magical shimmer.

    • For a haunting touch, place a small chip of dry ice in each shot (again, don’t consume until the ice fully dissolves!).
