Load the blender:
Add vanilla ice cream (or coconut sorbet), blue curaçao, coconut rum, pineapple juice, and crushed ice (if using) into a high-powered blender. -
Blend it smooth:
Blend on high until creamy, thick, and beautifully blue. If it’s too thick, add a splash of pineapple juice; if too thin, add more ice or ice cream. -
Serve in style:
Pour into a chilled hurricane glass or large cocktail glass. -
