✨ Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups vanilla ice cream or coconut sorbet

  • 2 oz blue curaçao

  • 2 oz coconut rum (like Malibu)

  • ½ cup pineapple juice

  • ½ cup crushed ice (optional, for extra thickness)

  • Whipped cream, for topping

  • Garnish: pineapple wedge, paper umbrella, colorful straw


🧊 Instructions:

  1. Load the blender:
    Add vanilla ice cream (or coconut sorbet), blue curaçao, coconut rum, pineapple juice, and crushed ice (if using) into a high-powered blender.

  2. Blend it smooth:
    Blend on high until creamy, thick, and beautifully blue. If it’s too thick, add a splash of pineapple juice; if too thin, add more ice or ice cream.

  3. Serve in style:
    Pour into a chilled hurricane glass or large cocktail glass.

  4. Top it off:
    Add a swirl of whipped cream for a dessert-like finish.

  5. Garnish & enjoy:
    Add a pineapple wedge, pop in a paper umbrella and a festive straw — and let the tropical vibes begin!
