Brown Sugar Balsamic Glazed Chicken
Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

¼ cup brown sugar

¼ cup balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
½ tsp paprika
-
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.

In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, and minced garlic.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly browned.

Pour the balsamic mixture over the chicken and transfer the skillet to the oven.

Bake for 15–20 minutes, basting occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and glaze is sticky.

Remove from oven, spoon extra glaze over the top, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
