Brown Sugar Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Ingredients:

1½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

3 tbsp brown sugar
-
4 tbsp butter
-
4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
½ tsp smoked paprika
-
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:

Prepare the Steak:

Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels.

Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

Sear the Steak Bites:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add steak bites in a single layer (work in batches if needed).

Sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from pan and set aside.

Make the Garlic Butter Glaze:

In the same pan, reduce heat to medium.

Add butter and let it melt, then stir in minced garlic and brown sugar.

Stir continuously for 1–2 minutes until it forms a caramelized glaze.

Combine and Serve:

Return steak bites to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.

Cook another 1–2 minutes to let the flavors soak in.

Garnish with parsley before serving.
