Brown Sugar Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

  • 3 tbsp brown sugar

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Steak:

    • Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels.

    • Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

  2. Sear the Steak Bites:

    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    • Add steak bites in a single layer (work in batches if needed).

    • Sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from pan and set aside.

  3. Make the Garlic Butter Glaze:

    • In the same pan, reduce heat to medium.

    • Add butter and let it melt, then stir in minced garlic and brown sugar.

    • Stir continuously for 1–2 minutes until it forms a caramelized glaze.

  4. Combine and Serve:

    • Return steak bites to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.

    • Cook another 1–2 minutes to let the flavors soak in.

    • Garnish with parsley before serving.
