🧁 Bubble Burst Shots

A candy-flavored soda shot with fizzy flair and juicy pop pearls that burst in your mouth!

🍬 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 shots):

Shot Base:

• 1/4 cup cotton candy vodka (or vanilla vodka)

• 1/4 cup cream soda (chilled)

• 2 tbsp lemon-lime soda (for extra fizz)

• 1 tbsp bubblegum or fruit syrup (like Torani or Monin)

• Optional: Neon food coloring (pink, blue, or purple)

Burst Topping:

• 3 tbsp popping boba pearls (strawberry, mango, or blueberry flavor)

• 1 tsp edible shimmer or glitter (optional for sparkle)

Candy Rim (Optional):

• Light corn syrup

• Colored sugar or crushed rock candy

🧪 Instructions:

1. Rim the Shot Glasses (Optional):

• Dip the rims of each glass in corn syrup.

• Roll in colored sugar or crushed candy. Set aside.

2. Mix the Shot Base:

• In a shaker with ice, combine vodka, cream soda, lemon-lime soda, and candy syrup.

• Add a drop or two of neon food coloring if desired.

• Shake gently (don’t overdo it to preserve fizz).

3. Pour & Garnish:

• Strain into rimmed shot glasses, filling about 3/4 full.

• Carefully add a few popping pearls to each shot.

• Sprinkle with edible glitter if using.

• Blacklight Party? Add a splash of tonic water to make it glow!

• For more candy kick, replace lemon-lime soda with Skittles- or Jolly Rancher-infused soda.

• Mocktail Version: Use cream soda + fruit syrup + pop pearls (skip vodka).
