🫧 Bubble Dip Shots – Blue Raspberry & Whipped Cream Fizz

🍸 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 shots)

For the Shots:

• 2 oz blue raspberry vodka (or plain vodka + ½ oz blue raspberry syrup)

• 1 oz blue curaçao (for flavor and vibrant color)

• 1 oz lemon-lime soda or cream soda (adds the fizzy “dip”)

• 1 oz whipped cream vodka (or vanilla vodka + a splash of cream)

• ½ oz simple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

• Ice (for shaking)

For Garnish & Rim (Optional but Recommended):

• Whipped cream (canned or freshly whipped)

• Blue sanding sugar or crushed blue raspberry candy

• Bubble gum or blue rock candy sticks

• Edible glitter or shimmer spray (for visual pop)

🧊 Directions

1. Prepare the Rim (Optional):

   • Lightly moisten the shot glass rims with lemon juice or simple syrup.

   • Dip into blue sugar or crushed candy for a sparkly rim.

2. Mix the Shots:

   • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

   • Add blue raspberry vodka, blue curaçao, whipped cream vodka, and simple syrup (if using).

   • Shake until well-chilled, about 15 seconds.

3. Add Fizz & Pour:

   • Add soda to the shaker (gently—don’t shake with soda or it’ll explode!).

   • Stir lightly to mix.

   • Strain into prepared shot glasses.

4. Top & Garnish:

   • Add a swirl of whipped cream on top of each shot.

   • Sprinkle with blue sugar or glitter.
