Cabbage & Ground Beef Bake
Ingredients
• 1 lb ground beef
• ½ medium onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• ½ head green cabbage, chopped (about 4 cups)
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1–2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a medium baking dish.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.

Add ground beef, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.

Stir in chopped cabbage and tomatoes. Cook 5–7 minutes until cabbage softens slightly.

Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly on top.

Bake 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.

Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
