🎠🍭 Candy Carousel Shots – Fruit Punch Swirl & Rainbow Dust

Bursting with fruity flavors and layered in vibrant pinks, reds, and oranges, these shots mimic a swirling carnival ride—topped with edible rainbow shimmer that sparkles like a sugar dream. Sweet, tangy, and fun with every sip!

🍸 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 shots)

Carousel Swirl Base

• 1 oz fruit punch (chilled)

• 1 oz strawberry vodka (or regular vodka + strawberry syrup)

• ½ oz peach schnapps

• ¼ oz orange juice

• ¼ tsp edible glitter or shimmer (pink or pearl)

Rainbow Dust Topper

• ½ oz lemon-lime soda (or tonic for glow)

• ¼ oz blue curaçao (or blueberry syrup for non-alcoholic)

• ¼ tsp edible rainbow dust or fine edible glitter (multi-color or gold)

Optional Garnish

• Rainbow sour belt piece (curled on top)

• Rim with colored sugar crystals or Pop Rocks

• Mini lollipop or candy stick for stir

🧊 Instructions

1. Prepare Shot Glasses
   Optionally, rim glasses with lemon juice and dip in rainbow sugar or crushed candy for extra flair.

2. Make the Carousel Base
   In a shaker with ice, combine fruit punch, strawberry vodka, peach schnapps, orange juice, and shimmer dust. Shake until chilled and lightly frothy.
   ➤ Pour into each shot glass, filling about ¾ full.

3. Mix the Rainbow Dust Topper
   In a small mixing cup, combine lemon-lime soda and blue curaçao. Gently stir in the rainbow edible glitter.
   ➤ Float this on top using the back of a spoon to create a light blue sparkle swirl.

4. Add Final Carnival Flair
   Garnish with a curled rainbow sour belt or mini lollipop balanced on the rim. You can also sprinkle a touch more rainbow dust on top for an extra sparkle.
