Instructions
Prepare the Avocado Base
Toast the bread slices until golden brown and crispy. Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a small bowl. Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper, then mash with a fork, keeping the texture slightly chunky rather than completely smooth.
Assemble the Toast
Spread the seasoned avocado mixture evenly onto each slice of toasted bread. Layer with fresh mozzarella pieces and halved cherry tomatoes, distributing them evenly across the surface. Sprinkle the chopped fresh basil over the top, then finish with a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze.
