Description

🍮 Caramel Pop Shots 🍦✨
Smooth, rich, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious — Caramel Pop Shots are a velvety blend of butterscotch liqueur and creamy vanilla vodka, layered with caramel drizzle and a candy-coated rim. It’s like sipping a soft, buttery caramel candy with a creamy twist — the kind of indulgent shot that warms you up and leaves you craving more.

🍬 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 shots):

Shot Mix:

  • 1 oz vanilla vodka

  • 1 oz butterscotch schnapps or liqueur

  • 1 oz Irish cream (optional, for extra creaminess)

  • 1 tbsp caramel sauce (plus more for drizzle)

  • Small pinch of sea salt (optional, for salted caramel lovers)

  • Ice

Rim & Garnish:

  • Caramel syrup or melted soft caramel (for rimming)

  • Crushed toffee bits, butterscotch candies, or brown sugar

  • Whipped cream (optional)

  • Mini caramel candy or soft caramel chew for garnish

🍯 Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Rim:
Dip the rims of shot glasses in caramel syrup, then into crushed butterscotch candies or toffee bits. Set aside.

  2. Shake the Base:
In a cocktail shaker, combine vanilla vodka, butterscotch liqueur, caramel sauce, and Irish cream (if using). Add ice and shake until chilled and frothy.

  3. Pour & Garnish:
Strain into prepared shot glasses. Top with a swirl of whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce, if desired.

  4. Add the Pop:
Garnish each with a mini caramel candy or place a soft caramel chew on the side of the glass.

🍦 Tips:

  • For a salted caramel pop, add a pinch of flaky sea salt on top of the whipped cream.

  • Want a toasted twist? Lightly brûlée the caramel rim with a kitchen torch for a crunchy edge.

  • Serve warm for a cozy winter treat — just heat the mixture gently before pouring (skip the ice).
