An icy blast of frozen lime and mint with a tonic water glow—crisp, refreshing, and perfect for chilling under blacklight.
🍋 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 shots)
❄️ For the Frozen Shot Base:

2 oz lime juice (freshly squeezed)

1 oz white rum (or vodka, if preferred)

1 oz tonic water (for glow)

1 oz simple syrup (or agave)

8–10 fresh mint leaves

1/2 cup ice (crushed or cubes)

Optional: 1/2 oz coconut water or splash of club soda (for a lighter chill)
🌟 For the Glow & Rim:

Tonic water (used to make the rim sugar glow under UV)

Neon green or blue sanding sugar (or make your own with sugar + food coloring + tonic)

Honey or lime juice (to help sugar stick)

Optional: pinch of edible shimmer or mint sugar

Prepare the Rim

Mix sanding sugar with a few drops of tonic water and neon green/blue food coloring. Let dry.

Dip shot glass rims in honey or lime juice, then coat with your glowing sugar mix. Set aside.

Blend the Chill

In a blender, combine:

Lime juice

Rum or vodka

Tonic water

Simple syrup

Mint leaves

Ice

Blend until smooth and slushy. (Add more ice for a thicker texture.)

Pour the frozen mixture into rimmed shot glasses.
