🍹 Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Malibu rum (coconut rum)

  • 3 scoops rainbow sherbet (orange, raspberry, lime – for that candy cloud swirl!)

  • ½ cup crushed ice

  • 1 oz pineapple juice (optional, but adds an extra tropical kick)

  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

  • Garnish ideas: Maraschino cherries, pineapple wedge, rainbow candy belt, cocktail umbrella


📝 Instructions:

  1. Blend the Base:

    • In a blender, combine the Malibu rum, rainbow sherbet, crushed ice, and pineapple juice (if using).

    • Blend on high until smooth and creamy. The sherbet will create a colorful, fluffy, slushy texture that resembles a candy cloud.

  2. Taste & Adjust:

    • Taste the mix. If you’d like it a bit sweeter or more tropical, add a splash more pineapple juice or even a dash of coconut cream.

  3. Serve It Up:

    • Pour the mixture into two chilled cocktail or hurricane glasses.
