Caribbean Sunrise (Cocktail)

A vibrant, tropical cocktail that mimics a radiant island sunrise—fruity, smooth, and perfect for summer vibes.

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz light rum

• ¼ cup orange juice

• ¾ cup pineapple juice

• ¼ oz grenadine

• Ice

• Garnish: orange slice and maraschino cherry (optional but recommended)

Instructions:

1. Fill a glass (preferably a highball or hurricane glass) with ice.

2. In a shaker, combine the light rum, orange juice, and pineapple juice. Shake briefly to mix.

3. Pour the mixture over the ice in the glass.

4. Slowly pour the grenadine down the inside edge of the glass. It will sink and then gradually rise to create a sunrise effect.

5. Do not stir—let the colors remain layered for visual effect.

6. Garnish with an orange slice on the rim and a maraschino cherry if desired.
