Cheesy Bacon Ranch Chicken Casserole
Ingredients:

3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

12 oz pasta (penne or rotini), cooked

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)

1 cup sour cream
-
½ cup mayonnaise
-
½ cup milk
-
1 small onion, diced
-
2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and black pepper, to taste

½ cup crushed crackers or breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

2 tbsp butter, melted (optional, for topping)

Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, ranch seasoning, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.

Add cooked chicken, pasta, and half of the cheeses to the mixture and stir until well combined.

Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.

(Optional) Mix melted butter with breadcrumbs or crushed crackers and sprinkle over the casserole for a crispy topping.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
