Cheesy BBQ Chicken and Bacon Flatbread

Ingredients:

2 flatbreads or naan breads

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded

½ cup BBQ sauce (plus more for drizzling)

1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

¼ small red onion, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:

Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Prepare the Chicken:
In a small bowl, toss shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until evenly coated. -
Assemble the Flatbreads:
Place flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet. Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce over each. Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, then add BBQ chicken, bacon crumbles, and sliced red onion. -
Bake:
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden and crisp. -
Finish and Serve:
Drizzle with a little extra BBQ sauce and sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Slice and serve warm.
