Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Pasta Bake
Ingredients

12 oz pasta (penne, rigatoni, or ziti)

2 cups cooked shredded or diced chicken

2 cups heavy cream
-
1 cup chicken broth
-
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp butter
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet or saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute.

Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.

Add cooked chicken and pasta to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.

Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
