Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo Bake

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

  • 3 cups broccoli florets, steamed

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)

  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted (optional, for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.

  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  4. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly on top.

  5. (Optional) Mix melted butter with breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the casserole for a crispy topping.

  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.

  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
