Ingredients

2 cups cooked rice

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup sour cream

1 cup chicken broth
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp paprika
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

½ cup green onions, sliced

Extra cheddar for topping
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, chicken, bacon, cheddar, mozzarella, ranch dressing, sour cream, and chicken broth.

Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Fold in green onions.

Transfer mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
