Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole
Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed

2 cups cooked rice (white or jasmine)

2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream
-
1 cup milk
-
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

1 tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp onion powder
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp butter (for greasing the dish)
Instructions:

Preheat Oven:

Preheat to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter.

Prepare the Broccoli:

Steam or blanch broccoli until just tender (about 3–4 minutes). Drain and set aside.

Mix Everything Together:

In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, chicken, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, 1½ cups cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and well blended.

Assemble:

Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared casserole dish.

Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese on top.

Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with melted golden cheese on top.
