Description

Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 large crusty loaf (sourdough or French bread works best)

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar (optional for extra color)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 4–5 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Using a sharp knife, cut the bread in a crosshatch pattern — slice 1″ apart in both directions, making sure not to cut all the way through.

2. Make the Garlic Butter

  1. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

3. Stuff the Bread

  1. Carefully open each cut and drizzle the garlic butter into all the crevices.

  2. Stuff mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan evenly throughout the sliced sections.

4. Bake

  1. Wrap the entire loaf loosely in foil.

  2. Bake for 15 minutes.

  3. Unwrap and bake another 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and the top is golden.
