Cheesy Ground Beef and Potato Casserole
Ingredients:

1½ lbs ground beef

6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced

1 small onion, diced
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream
-
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

1 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:

Preheat Oven:

Preheat to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook Ground Beef:

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add diced onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant.

Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.

Prepare Sauce:

In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup and sour cream.

Stir in half of the shredded cheese.

Assemble Casserole:

Layer half of the sliced potatoes on the bottom of the dish.

Spread half of the beef mixture, then half of the sauce.

Repeat the layers, ending with the sauce on top.

Bake:

Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

Remove foil, top with remaining cheese, and bake an additional 15–20 minutes, until potatoes are tender and cheese is golden and bubbly.

Serve:

Let cool slightly and garnish with chopped parsley.
