Calories: ~580 per serving

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 medium onion, diced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 4 medium potatoes, diced into small cubes

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.

  2. Cook the potatoes:
In the same skillet, add olive oil, diced potatoes, and onions.
Cook 8–10 minutes, stirring often, until potatoes start to soften.

  3. Add seasonings:
Add garlic, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
    Stir to coat the potatoes.

  4. Add liquids:
Pour in beef broth and heavy cream.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 8–10 minutes until potatoes are tender and sauce thickens.

  5. Add beef back in:
Stir the cooked ground beef back into the skillet.

  6. Make it cheesy:
    Add butter, cheddar, and mozzarella.
Stir until everything is melted and creamy.

  7. Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy warm!
