Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp olive oil

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

4 medium potatoes, diced into small cubes

1 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp dried parsley
-
½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)

Salt & pepper to taste

1 cup beef broth
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella
-
2 tbsp butter
-
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Brown the beef:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside. -
Cook the potatoes:
In the same skillet, add olive oil, diced potatoes, and onions.
Cook 8–10 minutes, stirring often, until potatoes start to soften. -
Add seasonings:
Add garlic, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Stir to coat the potatoes. -
Add liquids:
Pour in beef broth and heavy cream.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 8–10 minutes until potatoes are tender and sauce thickens. -
Add beef back in:
Stir the cooked ground beef back into the skillet. -
Make it cheesy:
Add butter, cheddar, and mozzarella.
Stir until everything is melted and creamy. -
Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy warm!
