🍒 Cherry Cane Shots 🍒

Red cherry with a candy swirl rim – sweet, bold, and beautiful
❤️🍬 Makes 6–8 shots

🧪 Ingredients:

For the Shots:

• 2 oz cherry vodka (or plain vodka + cherry syrup)

• 1 oz grenadine or cherry syrup

• ½ oz peppermint schnapps (optional, for a cool candy cane twist)

• 1 oz lemon-lime soda or tonic water (adds fizz and glow)

• Edible shimmer dust (optional – red, white, or silver)

• Ice

For the Rim:

• Light corn syrup or white frosting

• Crushed peppermint candies or red-and-white candy canes

• Optional: fine red sanding sugar for extra sparkle

Garnish:

• Maraschino cherries

• Mini candy cane (hooked on the rim)

🍸 Instructions:

1. Prepare the Rim:

   • Crush peppermint candies or candy canes into fine pieces.

   • Dip rims of shot glasses in corn syrup or frosting, then roll in the crushed candy for a bold swirl look.

2. Mix the Cherry Shot:

   • In a shaker, combine cherry vodka, cherry syrup or grenadine, and peppermint schnapps (if using).

   • Add a pinch of shimmer dust and shake with ice until chilled.

3. Add Fizz:

   • Strain into the prepared shot glasses, leaving a little room at the top.

   • Top with a splash of lemon-lime soda or tonic for a fizzy lift and gentle glow.

4. Garnish & Serve:

   • Drop a maraschino cherry into each shot or hook a mini candy cane over the rim.

   • Serve immediately with sparkle and cheer!
