Description
Turn a simple box of brownie mix into rich, chewy cookies in under 20 minutes! This easy recipe is perfect for chocolate lovers and beginner bakers. Just 4 ingredients and one bowl!
Ingredients
1 box (18 oz) brownie mix
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup chocolate chips (optional, but delicious!)
Instructions
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, flour, eggs, and oil. Mix until a thick dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips if desired.
Scoop the dough into rounded balls using a tablespoon or cookie scoop. Place them 2 inches apart on your prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still slightly soft. Don’t overbake — they continue to firm up as they cool.
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
