Peach and pineapple with pink shimmer

🍸 Ingredients (Makes 6–8 shots)

For the Shot:

• 2 oz peach schnapps or peach vodka

• 2 oz pineapple juice

• 1 oz coconut rum (optional for a smooth tropical finish)

• 1/2 oz grenadine (for color and sweetness)

• 1/2 oz lemon juice (to balance the sweetness)

• Ice (for shaking)

For the Shimmer:

• 1/8 tsp edible pink luster dust or shimmer powder

• Optional: pink sanding sugar for rim

• Optional: edible glitter stars or shimmer sprinkles for garnish

🌸 Instructions

1. Rim the Shot Glasses (Optional):

   • Lightly moisten rims with pineapple juice.

   • Dip into pink sanding sugar for a sparkly coral effect. Set aside.

2. Mix the Shot:

   • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine:

     • Peach schnapps

     • Pineapple juice

     • Coconut rum

     • Lemon juice

     • Grenadine

     • Pink luster dust

   • Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds to chill and blend everything, creating that signature shimmer.

3. Serve the Shots:

   • Strain into prepared shot glasses.

   • Watch the pink shimmer swirl and sparkle beautifully.

4. Garnish (Optional):

   • Add a tiny pinch of edible glitter on top.

   • For flair, add a tiny tropical paper umbrella or mini candy fruit slice on the rim.
