A whimsical, tropical frozen cocktail bursting with fruity flavor, creamy coconut, and a swirl of childhood nostalgia. With rainbow sherbet, pineapple juice, and coconut rum, this dreamy drink is like sipping a sunset at the fair — topped with fluffy cotton candy and sprinkles for that magical finish.


🍧 Ingredients:

  • 2 oz coconut rum (e.g., Malibu)

  • 1½ cups rainbow sherbet (slightly softened)

  • ½ cup pineapple juice

  • ¼ cup cream of coconut

  • 1½ cups ice

  • A few drops of blue food coloring (optional – for a fun swirl or color pop)

  • Garnish: whipped cream, sprinkles, cotton candy, paper straw


🌀 Instructions:

  1. Blend the base:
    In a blender, combine coconut rum, rainbow sherbet, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add the swirl (optional):
    For a colorful effect, add a few drops of blue food coloring and pulse just a couple of times — enough to create a swirling tie-dye look without fully blending.

  3. Pour and decorate:
    Pour the frozen mixture into a tall glass or hurricane glass. Top with a swirl of whipped cream, colorful sprinkles, and a tuft of cotton candy on top. Add a festive straw for extra flair.

  4. Serve immediately:
