Creamy Cajun Chicken Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:

2 large chicken breasts, cut into strips

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (divided)

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream
-
½ cup chicken broth
-
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta (cooked al dente)

2 tbsp butter
-
Salt and pepper, to taste
-
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Optional: ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes for extra heat
Instructions:

Cook the Pasta:

Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Season the Chicken:

Toss chicken strips with 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Sear the Chicken:

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through (about 5–6 minutes). Remove and set aside.

Make the Creamy Cajun Sauce:

In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic. Cook until fragrant (30 seconds).

Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well.

Add Parmesan cheese and remaining Cajun seasoning.

Simmer for 3–4 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.

Combine Everything:

Add the cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet.

Toss until everything is well coated in the creamy sauce.

Garnish with chopped parsley and, if desired, a sprinkle of crushed red pepper.
