Creamy Cajun Chicken and Bacon Pasta
Ingredients:

12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)

2 cups cooked chicken, diced

6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)

3 cloves garlic, minced
-
2 tbsp butter
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
½ cup chicken broth
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions:

Cook Pasta:

Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook Chicken:

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add chicken and Cajun seasoning, cooking until chicken is heated through and coated with seasoning.

Make the Sauce:

Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir and let simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.

Combine:

Add cooked pasta and bacon to the skillet. Toss everything until well coated in the creamy Cajun sauce.

Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
