🍗Creamy Cajun Garlic Butter Wings
Ingredients (Serves 4)
For the wings:

2 lbs chicken wings (drums & flats)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp smoked paprika
For the creamy Cajun garlic butter sauce:

4 tbsp unsalted butter
-
5 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
-
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
-
½ tsp paprika
-
½ tsp chili flakes (optional, for extra heat)

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Prep and cook the wings

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pat wings dry with paper towels (for crispiness).

Toss wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

Arrange on a baking rack over a lined tray. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
(Alternatively: deep fry at 350°F for 8–10 minutes until crispy and cooked through.)
2. Make the Cajun garlic butter sauce

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 min).

Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, and chili flakes.

Pour in heavy cream and simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
3. Toss and serve

Add crispy wings into the skillet and coat them in the creamy Cajun garlic butter sauce.

Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
