Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pork Chops
Ingredients:

4 thick-cut boneless pork chops

2 tbsp olive oil
-
2 tbsp butter
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
½ cup chicken broth
-
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:

Season and Sear the Pork Chops:

Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear pork chops for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt butter.

Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.

Add Cheese & Simmer:

Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens slightly (2–3 minutes).

Combine & Finish:

Return pork chops to the pan and spoon the creamy sauce over them.

Simmer for 5–7 minutes, until the chops are tender and fully cooked through.

Garnish & Serve:

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and a little extra Parmesan.

Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta for the ultimate comfort meal.
